Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If an item doesn't suit you the way you hoped, just get in touch and we'll take it from there.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
- The item has not been used or worn
- It remains in its original, undamaged condition
- All original packaging and tags are included
Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return meets the conditions above, you will receive a full refund for the returned item.
How to Request a Return

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service so you can monitor the shipment and confirm it arrives safely.
Exchanges
Prefer a different item instead of a refund? Just let us know when you reach out and our team will arrange the exchange as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll process the refund. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
